This microcomputer monitoring protector is a comprehensive device for collecting, calculating, analyzing, monitoring, alarming and controlling of various running information data in the operation of the motor. The device can provide immediate and accurate protection and ensure the safety of the production by means of alarm, protection action (protection of unbuckle) and the setting of time-delay time. The device can carry out real time monitoring on the upper computer about the slim information of the motor running condition through the data communication and provide the management information by computer data processing. The limit alarm can timely remind administrative staff to deal before a significant fault may happen, which can avoid the unnecessary downtime or affect the normal production, to ensure effectiveness of operation and control to the maximum. When the motor running parameter reaches the preset warning value, the protective device only has the warning, and does not trigger the tripping; But when the limit reaches the preset value, the protection device enters the trip trigger delay. If the device returns to normal operation in the preset trip time delay, the trip will be canceled. If the delay time limit is exceeded, the protective device will emit a trip signal to drive the action of the element, and disconnect the power to stop the motor running. While the motor control device provides various protection functions, various protection information is also sent to the computer management system via the device generation and communication interface.

Can store the 10 faults that occurred in the recent motor, and can press the reset key to take out the failure code of the last motor, and then once again

1、Inverse time-delay protection:This protector has the function of the time-delay protection of overflows, as shown in FIG. 2.
2、Undercurrent protection: when the current value is less than the light load protection set value, the monitor moves in 30s.
3、Overcurrent protection: the protection current can be set arbitrarily, the current value is greater than the set value, curve movement according to the action characteristic .
4、Open phase protection: when the motor power is off phase (the three phase current imbalance is set to 60% according to the user's requirement), the monitor will move in 3s.
5、Motor shaft lock Protection:When running current exceeds 5 multiple,protector will perform in 2 seconds.
6、Low voltage protection:When working voltage of protector is lower than the set voltage 15%, react in 6 seconds
7、Over voltage protection: When working voltage of protector exceed the set voltage 15%,react in 6 seconds
8、Leakage protection:The monitor will move within 3 seconds when the leakage current is greater than the set value, and set the range of 500mA ~ 5000mA.
